What if i havent received my hot seat package before i leave >????
i've seen many threads with info , but i need to know.

I send an email to the company (etix) , or i call by phone??
I saved this after i purchased the ones for london on august 26.

it means they will send them 14 days before the date or that means i must get them by that date?'
Im in mexico and i ´plan to trip to london on august 20 , 21 , or that days , so im worried if i dont get them before leaving .

... it's hard to tell what's not clear:
it says they'll send the tickets two weeks before the show,
so my interpretation is that that's when they'll send them.
if you think they won't get to you by the time you leave,
then you need to contact them.

I have the same problem... However, several fans have written to E-tix in order to explain the problem. In the original contract, it says that they're sending out the tickets ONE MONTH before the show.
You probably still have the confirmation number and the seating confirmation, with your numbered seats on. Print it out and bring it to London.
Some members of the Nordic Stones Vikings did not receive their Frankfurt tickets before they left for the show. But they had their confirmation numbers and seating confirmations with them. So they got in and enjoyed their hot seats very much.
You might want so send E-tix a mail, explaining about the travel arrangements you have made, and make them confirm in a mail that they wil let you in at the show even though they do not manage to send your tickets before you head off to the UK.

Hot Seat tickets for Göteborg arrived today !

Thats mean I recieve the tickets exactly 15 days before the show.

That was the original deal, yes. Still availabe on their home page, e-tix.com, I believe.
