OK, OK...I was impatient and wanted GREAT seats for the Frankfurt show, (not being as savvy as most of you) and went thru the RS Hot Ticket package - well, no tickets have arrived - it's June 2, we leave California for Frankfurt on June 7....I write to eTix, and get this in reply:
Tickets for this concert have not yet been issued.
If you would like to supply an alternate address for receiving the tickets in Europe, please advise. Otherwise please respond back if you have not received tickets by the time you have to leave

I disagree, I think it is BOTH pathetic AND shocking. What the f*** is wrong with these people, and Ticketmaster are identically poor in this respect ... that they simply can't or won't get tickets out within a sensible time frame. It is inexcusable, today is 2nd June and the bloody show is on the 13th. Is it not within their capabilities to understand that people actually TRAVEL these days, they don't sit at home like bloody lemons waiting for a ticket to drop through their door at the convenience of the ticket agency !!
I also ordered the hot ticket, and it's not the best feeling in the world, but I would not panic. I have sometime had ticket problems in the past -- it is generally resolved by holding the tickets at will call, and you pick them up on the day of the show. Just make sure you take your e-mail confirmation!

Don't be desperate. I am certain by calling them and explaining your situation, you will be able to get your package seats in Frankfurt. Just call them.
Guess the winner this summer will be Eventim. Tickets a few days after ordering, pick your seat at the map. And, AND, not one seat in the first rows were blocked for sponsors or fanasylum. Eventim, thank you!
Anastasia, A call to your hotel in Frankfurt (if staying in one), then a call to etix if they can do so. Or trust some of the locals here at IORR...
