Yeah Springfield is an Aussie boy...was in a few bands down
here Zoot being probably the biggest of 'em all...then moved
to the US had a hit or two ...acted in a few soapies and movies etc...

BTW, he's back on a soap (same one, I don't know?). He was a pretty big star and heartthrob in the early 80's here. Like many before (David Cassidy, Michael Nesmith, etc.), good looks/teenie bopper stardom became a curse as well as a blessing. I've never had that problem.
