no grumbling, just ideas for setlist 2007

I have a FEELING that they'll drop out "Midnight Rambler", which was played very frequently since 1999.
I also feel that there will be something played from the 90ies but not just "You Got Me Rocking" (which surely will be the opener)...I hope for "Out Of Control" or "Saint Of Me".
Further more, I feel we won't hear "IORR" as second song as on the most of the gigs since 2002.

The rest...my crystal glass says that "Satisfaction" will be the last song on every show, but it says also that Keith won't sing "Happy" and "Before They Make Me Run".

More informations are not available at present :-)

What about another idea? Midnight Rambler as opener! Imagine... Mick's harmonica sounds before he shows up on the stage... Mick on stage - still playing harmonica... And, yes, this magic quitar intro...

Maybe the song is too long for being opener...but...on the other hand...WHY NOT?

I know this has already been done, but I loved it when they focused on an album on the Licks tour. That added spice to the list, Do the songs they did for the album on Licks, add the songs they did for them in 05/06. And then add a song or two more per album from rehersals/practice/sound checks.

Do a bit more of the album than they did during licks. That would be cool!

I just hope they don't open with IORR. I was the NYC show in the fall. Great show, but opener was definitely not the big explosion we are used to.

Yeah!! I really really want to see the destination. Just like Sydney 2003 was it...? I cannot imagine how NUTS it must've been to be standing there, and the stones come out and open with Midnight Rambler...! WILD!!

What if they open with "You can't always get what you want" and then leave and don't come back?

Midnight Rambler would be great as opener, stickydion, but isn't it a bit long for a first song in a stadium with masses of people, who don't know this song?
