Kracker (not Uncle Kracker)- rolling stones records label

i read that jimmy miller produced this band of cubans living in brooklyn and that they were the first signing on rolling stones records cause mick jagger absolutely flipped when he heard them....was this the first non-stones record released on rolling stones records??? is there a discography
what kind of music is this? any good? hard to find any info on these guys...
here's kracker's record on rolling stones records (UK) from 1973 or around then...

i think i'd be willing to pay about a buck for it...
i'll have to look in the dollar bins....maybe they'll turn up.... but i doubt i'd find the UK version which is what i want...
