no pro-shot means its' shot by a professional film crew, meaning more than one camera....

They didnt. The whole show was filmed for an unreleased concert film for the '78 tour
That video circulated long before the audio of the whole show appeared on "Handsome Girls"

"Somewhere In Dallas" was recorded from that video,
it's a big big shame that FortWorth and New Orleans hasn't surfaced complete in great quality, by now.

The rest of the show is probably on differant reels of film. For whatever reason, ONLY the 1st reel got out.
