I don't have any artwork, dog, but that was a great show. "Rambler", "Imagination", and "Route 66" on the b-stage.

Yeah, it rocked.

What a great show that was! I was even able to shake hands with Keith as he made is way from the B-stage back to the big one. (If anyone by some slim chance has a photo or video of them going back to the big stage I would be eternally grateful. I ordered a video from Rock Passion but someone walked in front of whoever was shooting it just as Keith bent down to shake my hand...can you believe it?)

excellent show.....You Got The Silver was superb....and I'll never forget the ear to ear grin on Keith's face during that song.....remember Jagger singing "go fu*k my wife" on Respectable as he and Jerry hall were in the throws of divorce at the time

I liked this show a lot, I had seats behind the stage, 8 rows back, Ronnie's side. First time I'd ever sat there, and it was absolutely fascinating. Sound from the b-stage, however, wasn't very good from my vantage point.

As much as I liked the show, other friends who were on the floor down front were less than impressed, though I've never quite been sure why. They complained the Stones' playing seemed lackluster.

I have fond memories of that time, I saw 5 shows in 9 days, Charlotte, two in Boston and two in Hartford.

highanddry, I can tell you - it was not lackluster. They played Chicago about a week later and that one was lackluster but Charlotte was great.

hey inopeng,
I tried, but first of all, the link to Charlotte 1999 seems to be disconnected, so for the fun of it I tried Charlotte 1997 and it seems to be just the artwork....where can I buy the DVD? Can someone please help me out with this?

I thought that show was lackluster too, actually.
Not that I've ever been to a bad Stones show...
I'd like to hear it again one day to have another opinion.

Not that it's relevant to the show we're talking about but I thought the '97 Charlotte show in the Stadium was outstanding.
