I've been meaning to post this. I just found out myself. Quite a few shows - would hate to miss any...

Went to the show tonight...all by myself. Tim kept me company for a while until he had to take the stage.

I've seen all sorts of versions of the rolling stones project and this big band version really took it to the next level. About 20 guys on stage. Lots of horns. Tim's added new twists on the arrangements.

Is anyone going tomorrow? I may end up going again by myself. I'll have some friends on saturday though...

I saw him and Bernard Fowler in July with a big band, indeed it was a good concert.
But also the 2 concerts I saw earlier, also with bernard Fowler but a smaller band, were good too.

Here a picture with the Big Band

And here one from an earlier concert with Darryl Jones on at the background

The first one with the big band is from Het Paard van Troje, Den Haag. The second one is at the Bimhuis, Amsterdam.

Amsterdam summer 06? I was supposed to be there. Got confused with the dates and locations of multiple shows. Arrived at the Bimhuis a day late!

Altough I was also at the '06 show at the Bimhuis ( Friday the Stones in Paris- saterday Tim Ries at the Bimhuis- Sunday Chris Jagger and most of the Stones backing band at Paradiso- monday the Stones at the Amsterdam Arena- yes that was a bussy weekend) but the picture with Darryl Jones is from july 2008:

About the confussion and arriving a day too late, the Stones should play at sunday and the Paradiso concert should be on monday but the Stones did 1 concert instead of 2 concerts so they have changed the dates
