OT: Please use OT before football-threads!

Please use OT before football-threads, so I won't have to read about football!

Life is better for those who like football, says a Norwegian TV-commercial.
And yes, that's true. And me, who hate football, I have to see it on TV, newspapers, listen to it on the radio and so on. I can't escape it!

There is football/soccer all over!!!

I don't want to harm or affend anyone, I just had to get it out.
Frustration is big around the cancelled 2007 tour too.

Until Friday you will have peace - and then prepare for many OTs!

I'm with Tekumseh. Football sux, after Swedens humiliating
loss against Germany and its 14 players.

Would have been more impressed if they had played
themselves to the victory. The rest of the final play
will show exactly how well-qualified the German acting team are.
Some hard-shooters, I noted. I like the cheerful,
'Latin' style better (minus the acting).

OT means Out of Topic, doesn't it?
Other Topic or something like that.

I made this thread most for fun, but I'm not into football at all.
Haven't seen a single match yet.

Tekumesh,

Use your bonce!

If a thread is entitled 'Spain versus France' or 'The Italians are Dirty Rotten Scoundrels' or 'Aren't the Holland team a Grumpy load of Do-badders" then the threads are not likely to be about the Rolling Stones.

Open such threads at your own risk and do not come here whinging that "(boo hoo), it's not fair, these threads are about football and Tekumesh, he hate football, (boo hoo)"!

Like I said, it was most for fun, to see how people reacted to it.
Didn't mean to harm anyone.
Good for you guys that like football.

You harmed no-one.

I was having fun too, at your expense. Thanks!

It sure is good for us who like football - and it keeps us 'out of trouble' till the tour starts again. Oops, dangerously close to On-topic. Sorry.

Back to the Football.

What don't you like about football?

I don't like the hysteria around it. Cause I find the long matches a bit boring.
I don't find it that interesting. But we're all different.
And I don't like the money that's in it. Theplayers are just sportsmen, not Gods.

But I remember Cameroon in World Cup some years ago, that was fun entertaining football.
