"so it does look like the stones are touring in 2010." but i missed the context of it.

he then played a clip from a keith richards interview (couldn't tell if it was new or not) where keith talks about the fact that nobody slagged muddy or howlin wolf or duke elington about playing until they died, so why does everyone slag the stones for still playing'?

Coming from the UK, we have the crappiest music stations known to man, never in my life have I ever listened to a Britsh FM radio station, all crap. But living over there it was so awesome to turn on a radio and be able to listen to rock music all day.

Still nothing official. NOTHING! All speculation based on something Ronnie said.
Which we all know is just his usual crap.

Hmmm, really not sure about all this. I absolutely love the Stones but I just don't know if Keith can sustain another tour of the same dimension. An old geezer perched on a stool playing his guitar in a pub is quite feasible. 2 hours a night, however, of high energy on a huge stage in front of thousands of people, as one enters one's late sixties, is another matter entirely and I just don't think he'll be able to manage it - something it makes me very sad to say. Add to that the fact that ticket prices will doubtless be extremely high and I find my enthusiam levels falling - and I'm a huge fan.
