1) Purchased a $100 membership in 2005
2) Asked and get the refund of this membership in 2006
3) The good news : the pre-sales code worked 2 months after I was refunded - Got a pre-sale ticket for face value. ah ah

Well here's one for you. I applied for TWO refunds, and after nothing happening for MONTHS on end and continued refusal by RS.COM to answer my e-mails ............. just as I was about to lose it COMPLETELY, I get notified that they've given me THREE refunds. And sure enough, my next credit card statement had three refunds on it ???
I'll never understand how this organisation works ??? Totally bizarre.
