JAakie Greene is from my town and his kid brother Alex has a up and coming band called Walking Spanish and my son is playing a few songs with them for my 50th BD at a local club in a few weeks - hope to get some footage of them doing a Stones song-

Jackie Greene is very good, check him out if you havent yet.

I love Gov't Mule. I saw them do almost all of Zep's Houses of the Holy last December with John Paul Jones sitting in.

i am going to see them in milan-alcatraz, november 12th
last time they played there they delivered one of the greatest shows ever

Yeah, man, Gov't Mule is a fabulous band! Warren Haynes on guitar, who has played with the Allman Brothers, The Dead, and others.

Matter of fact, I'm off to a gig with the Mongooses right now, and our opening tune tonight is going to be Gov't Mule's "Blind Man in the Dark." It's from an album called "Dose." Check it out!
