Ronnie on Some Girls and with Rod

I guess I started a "verboten" thread, the dreaded Ronnie vs. Mick T. I am new here and didn't know any better....BUT: My feelings about Ronnie are far more nuanced than what I might have indicated. He was GREAT on the Rod albums like Every Picture Tells A Story - playing multiple instruments, writing and arranging. He also covered ALL the guitar parts live with the Faces (except at the end when they added Jessie Ed Davis). Some Girls was very fresh, and I think that had a lot to do with Ronnie's energy and things like his pedal steel playing (used in a unique way on rock & roll songs)...I loved the 3-guitar attack on the 78 tour as well.
