The best one I heard is Hampton. Others spoke about Milan, but I didn't hear that one. Hampton was posted in excellent quality over at Buy/Sell/Trade. I still have the mp3's. If you want me to post a few I can do so.

"Shattered In Europe" recorded in Napoli is probably the one you mean. Very nice soundboard recording, but unfortunately not a complete show. A personal favourite from 1982 is Frankfurt (June 30th).
The 2nd Seattle show is also top-notch. It's in stereo instead of mono, as most shows from 81. Available on DVD too, in great (not perfect) quality. It's kind of different than the Nov/Dec shows, in several ways. Mick sings "Now we need you - need you - more than eveeeer" at the end of LSTNT as he did in 67. This is my favourite, of course After Hampton.
Seatte II gets my vote as well. Hampton's good, but the audience is overmodulated, IMO. Hartford is another very strong candidate for best of the tour.
I like the Halloween show from Dallas 1981. It was my first show so I am a little biased but I listened to it again after all these years and was pretty impressed. The Hampton show is awesome as well.
The best sounding Hampton boot is the LP Grande Finale IMHO. That was the first one from the '81 Tour that was available here in Europe. Spring 1982 if I remember correctly. Unfortunately just a single LP. The best choice for a CD-set from that concert is the 2CD Twenty Flight Rock VGP-270. It's sounding better than all previous CD releases including the famous TSP set. Sounds really like a different source.
