Bob Dylan is set to headline this year's Roskilde Festival.

The legend has been added the Danish event, which runs between June 29 and July 2, to his Never Ending Tour schedule.

Guns n' Roses, Deftones and Morrissey have already been confirmed for the bill.

Founded in 1971, Roskilde attracts around 75,000 people annually to the event, which takes place 25 miles outside of Copenhagen.

It is one of Europe's largest festivals and was inspired by the 1969 Woodstock event in the US.

Green Day, Ozzy Osbourne and Snoop Dogg were amongst the acts performing last year.

Good to see that Dylan will headline. I would rather see him than frickin' Audioslave. A shame that I won't go. I have better things to do. You know what they are? .............. That's right.

Well, well... Will not go this year either.
But good for those who will be there that Dylan´s gonna come.
Waters I wouldnt see even if I got payed for it.

The legend plans June dates
Bob Dylan has announced details of upcoming UK shows.

The legend will play two dates with his band in June.

The gigs form part of the singer's European tour and will be the only UK dates to take place.

Tickets for both performances will go on sale on Friday (March 17).
