the Rolling Stones are the Rolling Stones - exactly the Rolling Stones.

In the the definition used by insurance companies, I would have to say that the Rolling Stones are in fact, not an act of God. Like, if the Rolling Stones destroyed your house, you would not be able to file an insurance claim for the damage as though it was an act of God. On the other hand, if stones were to roll onto your house, say from an earthquake, and destroy it, then I believe you would be eligible to file a claim with your insurance company.

Why, did the Stones destroy your house for some reason?

if they did, i'm sure it was for no reason at all except that they are the Rolling Stones. :E

If, as a result of a stones gig, the house was destroyed by some vandal/arsenist in a fit of anger because he couldn't get into the concert, that would be covered. If the stones stay at your house overnight and you let them trash the place, throw the tv over the balcony...not covered, even if you/they were drunk at the time.

Are the stones an act of God? More like the Hand of Fate or the Devil I'd say...

God spoke to me about an hour ago when "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" came on the little transistor radio in my kitchen while I was cooking dinner.

It was practically a religious experience, at least - it's a pretty crappy radio station (they mainly play only '80s and '90s stuff).

That was the last song I expected to hear.
