what? four hours early? i tried to click through but my "operation timed out" - i tried to connect for other tickets to see if it would work but that didn't either...anyone get through? the FOS section seems quite large compared to the last tour - and there are very few seats on the side - its this mostly a standing show?

The promoters are really soaking people there. The FOS is twice the size that it is in Paris! It goes out as far as the mixing desks. In Paris it is cutoff well before them.

how are any of you doing with Brno?
it keeps timing out for me - i have FOS on Ronnie's side and wanted to hunt for FOS Keith's side.
if anyone has any luck and wants to trade (two or three tickets), let me know!

i just got through and saw only one FOS choice? what are each side called? the map doesn't seem to distinguish either!

i'm not entirely sure i can make it to brno but will buy tickets anyway - i'm forced to get the type of ticket you print out on the computer. do you think i'll be able to sell these if necessary? i know in the u.s. people sell them outside venues and people are always a little sketched about it.

i just ate some popcorn!

umm ... now that you mention it i'm not sure why my friend who got the tickets thinks they're on Ronnie's side - i'll ask him.
i also read Americans' warnings about those computer-printout tickets, so i'm not sure how easy it would be to sell them,
unless you can actually escort the buyer into the venue to prove they're okay.

Hi folks,

got the same problem: my fos-tickets read "vlevo" i.e. left side (Ronnie) but I'm desperately looking for someone to trade 2 tix `cause I´d rather have tix for Keef´s side. The same happened to me at the show in Prague 2003 - I had "vlevo"-tix and there´s no way getting to the other side with these tickets as security has an eye on ´em :-(

Hopefully someone can help me...

my credit card has been rejected twice now for brno even though i just spoke to the card company on the phone. i see my order was "vlevo" too - what is the word for "right" in czech! also, bv had the seating capacity as 20,000 until recently - now its 50,000 - was that just an initial error? i was looking forward to a smaller venue!

Then I've got my ticket for Brno! Front of stage BTW.

"vpravo" is the Czech word for right - but I guess those tickets aren't available online at ticketpro.cz. Maybe they're for sale locally or whatever, I dunno :-(

yeah, all it's offering me is "vlevo" too.
the venue is just a field, i believe, and 20,000 really seemed like a mighty small field for the Rolling Stones to play.
in other words, i'm not surprised it's really 55,000. have some more popcorn. :E

i just emailed ticket ticketpro.cz to ask about this left and right thing. unfortunately, its 4:15am here and have to go to bed. i'm going to hold off on buying some until tomorrow (today, actually but much later)- it seems like FOS goes so far back, they're not going to sell out as quickly as elsewhere. there seem to be a lot of strikes against me going to this show (though i really want to go!) that it might be for the best for me...i'll post anything i hear back from ticketpro

@little queenie: I already emailed them and tried to get them on the phone but there's no way of reaching them and neither do they reply to emails :-( so I try to phone them once more and keep you informed...

Alright! I got my tickets for the RIGHT side for the show in Brno!!! :-)

Proceed as follows:

call ticketpro at +420 296 333 333 and press 2 for an English speaking account. have your credit card at hand and tell them you need FOS tickets for the right side (vpravo) and order them directly on the phone. you will receive a confirmation email where it definitely says VPRAVO!

so good luck to everybody trying to get tickets for Keith's side :-)

ps. sometimes it'll take quite some time until you finally get through... but just hang on and DON'T hang up when they ask you to call again!!

:-) I was glad he spent so much time on Ronnie's side in Prague 2003 when I was on the left side... but anyway I feel more comfortable on the right side even though I like Woody very much, too - but not as much :-)

I heard that the capacity is said to be up to 100.000, btw!

I finally got my FOS - Keith's side (VPRAVO) for Brno but had to go through quite a lot - I got the following email which told me that if I had a VISA, the information had to be faxed to them. Also a separate email said they will hold the tickets at their office in PRAGUE until the day of the show:

Dear Mrs. Valerie,
if you order the tickets through the internet there is not a possibility to chose the tickets. It is chosen
accidentally.
If you like tickets for the standing front of the stage on the right you can order them by the email or by our call center +420 296 333 333.

We need a number, validity, type of your credit card, owner's name, address and signature. We need also a control code that is mentioned on the reverse side of the card on the signature strip for Mastercads and Visa cards (the control code has three characters).
If you are a VISA card holder, please send the details by fax.

Tickets can be ordered only by the creditcard holder.
It is not allowed to use creditcard of someone else.
It is not allowed to make payment for benefit of someone else.

Afterwards we can hold your tickets in our office in Prague.
