In defense of Keith, I think that very few of his contributions to Steel Wheels, Voodoo, or Bridges are of low quality. In fact, they are my favorites and some of the more enduring tracks on the albums in question. "The Worst" "Thru and Thru" and "Thief in the Night" are three of the strongest songs released by the band in the last 30 years. (As is "Slipping Away")
In response to the subject, I'd have to go with GHS, IORR, and Black and Blue.
