There's still this big unanswered question on my mind:

Can someone still name all of those inflatable giant figures that would appear about halfway through the show (with which song)?

Are there any footage or pics around?

Thank you, eric, for the link. Yes, sssoul, it's pic 11, but I find it hard to individually identify the figures from that pic.

The question remains to name all of them VL figures. And, thanks a lot for the popcorn.

the Urban Jungle dogs were inflated during SFM, not HTW.

No, I wouldn't say they are all specific individuals, but some, of course, are. What is needed would be a decent picture to have a closer look at them. The pics and clips I've seen so far are too diffuse.

I would appreciate your further analysis or interpretation once the list of figures is at hand.

I was at a few VL shows, and seem to recall the dolls only during HTW. And just female looking dolls with open legs. No Jesus or JFK...
Why would anyone blow up Jesus during HTW?

The "ten decades", btw, refer to "The Hundred Years' War (French: Guerre de Cent Ans). Yes, PR 2000, it's only natural to get one's head down on the dolls with open legs. But I'm afraid you've gotten mixed up with the tours, the open-legged girls were there during HTW in Urban Jungle 1990, which you can see a bit up in this thread, and the 1995 VL tour featured that whole gang of characters in giant inflatable shape, which I eyewitnessed at least in Hanover and Schüttorf. (If my recollection doesn't play tricks on me.)

I bet you are totally right DeadFlowers. All these inflatable dolls passing through my night life; it's all become a blur...

For sure the worst stage gimmick they ever had!

in Doc's daylight photo isn't the pope/priest next to the voodoo character, not fully inflated?
in Photo 11 i don't see the voodoo character at all - maybe it alternated with the pope/priest?
