Yeah, they ain't perfect, but they're still so far ahead of the competition it's not funny. "Winning Ugly", indeed! Based on their body of work, they are truly TWGRNRB. Some nights they aren't the world's best live band (maybe U2 or Springstten is). Luckily, I've never seen one of these nights. Can the bitchin' and enjoy the best while you can. Sorry to preach.

funny--we are talking about a band who are over 60, except wood....how many of us could do what they do night after night for over a year...and we cry that woodie missed a note...no other band at the same age could do what the stones do..
u2 is not even in the same class as the stones.....no one is!

i could do it easily...if all my accomodations were taken care of, i was paid & fed well, i didn't carry my own equipment or tune my own geetar, was cheaufered & jetted all over the world, and i was treated like royalty 24 x 7.....i think i could handle that

Some people on here will just never be happy - as for me,I'm countin down the days to what I know will be another fantastic experience - & by that I do mean a Rolling Stones concert.

I will however have one little moan,in unision with many others,why in the name of christ do we have to have seats on the pitch in the UK - THIS IS TOTALLY BORING.
