What is the best recording of Bye Bye Johnny and Little Queenie?

I still think the studio version of "Bye Bye Johnny" is the best from the German import "Rolling Stones Great Hits". Otherwise, for a live version I love Berlin 1970 the best. "Little Queenie" is terrific on Ya-Ya's of course. Heck, it's good anywhere. I love listening to "Little Queenie" on the Australian 1973 dates which are all SBD.

A lot of people complains about Micks voice in New York 1972; but for me; the definate version of "Bye Bye Johnny" is from WELCOME TO NEW YORK, July 26th 1972. Thats the best, for me at least.

I can't speak to the best, but my favorite recording of "Little Queenie" is from Ya-Yas and my favorite of "Bye Bye Johnnie" is from Ft. Worth, 1972, the second show is memory serves.

i actually think the 97/98 version of LQ beats the 69 version (heresy, I realize). for BBJ - Fort Worth's as good as the next....haven't yet heard a '72 version that didn't raise the hair on the back of my neck....
