I can recall reading a posting by yourself just a day ago where you were as "pleased as Punch" about not having had to erase any threads for a while....

I know you do a full-time job while following the Stones, besides running this fantastic website and trying to keep a lid on offensive posts, general loutishness and kindergarten-infights, and I have only deep respect for the way you handle it.

My precise question to you is: why did you just erase the "Beaver" thread??????
It was a perfectly harmless thread, ok, I admit it lacked any references to the Stones. Except the indirect one of the Hall of Fame....
If this was a website about the music produced by a catholic boys' choir I would see your point, but the last time I did a reality check, this still was a website dedicated to the Rolling Stones, the band who initiated the mentioning of wanking/ejaculations while asleep (Rocks Off), eating young black girls' beavers (Brown Sugar) and and and (the list is ENDLESS) in their songs' lyrics.

I know you are going to come with the argument that we must think of what we say in front of our mothers and grandmothers and preempty offence.
But , in all honesty, does your mum or granny log onto this site?

While I realize this isn't a porno site, I think the band has discussed this topic (beaver - Star, Star; Some Girls; Sparks Will Fly, etc.) enough to make it relevant here. I will respect bv's wishes on all matters of this site though.

I find it MUCH more annoying to read about things like the ex-Beatles bassist than about beavers. bv hasn't done anything against that.

Well Reptile I think you need to get a life . Of course is was a little childish but Jesus some of the things I have read on this site are worse. I think Bjornulf was dead wrong in removing it. I hadn't even noticed it until someone asked why . So I will ask the same question . Why was it removed ?
