BEST Angie Wild Horses Memory Motel This House is empty Waiting on a friend No Expectations Shine a Light Love in Vain Act together (Keith)
WORSE SOL(to me one of the worst songs ever written) Biggest Mistake Fool to Cry Anybody seen my baby( very close to sol) Laugh l nearly died With SOL l hear that they are playing it nonstop at the Guantanamo prison to extract confessions from the muslims detainees. As a form of torture

I am totally with you...LAUGH I NEARLY DIED is the most convincing vocal Jagger has done in decades...I love it and would put it in the top 5 since Tattoo You.

The only thing that LIND has "convinced me of" is that I need to skip it when listening to ABB.
you guys are so into hating SOL and any rolling stones song that doesnt fit into their basic sound. Anybody and SOL are awesome. Just because they are different doesnt mean they are bad. I love Anybody and so do most of my friends. It's dark, mysterious and has an awesome vibe, something a lot of stones songs don't have. It also has a more modern sound. If that song were released today it would still sound new. Quit bitching and just enjoy the music instead of whining about songs you happen to dislike. I really don't like Harlem Shuffle but I'm not going to spend hours on here bitching about it.

Yeah, it has a litle bit of blues, gospel, and Rock, but l do consider it a ballad, but your point is well taken
In my opinion, Wild Horses is the best. Melody, lyrics, performance -- perfect. Haunting and utterly timeless -- and the words ring true. Let's compare:
Childhood living is easy to do The things you wanted I bought them for you Graceless lady you know who I am You know I can't let you slide through my hands Wild horses couldn't drag me away
You're awful bright, you're awful smart I must admit you broke my heart The awful truth is really sad I must admit I was awful bad I-yi-yi-yi, I-yi-yi walk the streets of love and they're full of tears
By the way, Moonlight Mile, also from Sticky Fingers, is almost as good. MAN, what an amazing album.
