It's actually a trick question - it's not the band's equipment but it's the arrival of Keith's weekly vodka order....
so the answer to "what city is it from" is actually Moscow
(although I notice from their website that in the US its bottled in Westport, Connecticut - which is coincidentally quite close to where you-know-who happens to live..)

OK. I will give you two more photos from that city. Then it should be easy to see where all these trucks were lined up. By the way, there were more trucks, but those were the only ones in that nice "little" line.
But I have another one with trucks!
That one is easier, if you have paid attention to the reviews lately...
