just because they played it at a rehearsal doesnt mean theyd any intention of playing it.

fer Chrissakes, the band wont play more than a few songs off their new album - theyre hardly gonna play 35 year old outtakes that are going to offend or totally confuse almost everyone in the audience

Actually it would be a great number to throw in at a club show where nearly everyone present would have heard it before (or been aware of it anyway). Mick could do a short blues set, say Back Of My Hand, The Storm & @#$%& Blues. Keith could even take a break for a change and have a vodka and orange backstage.
I love Mick's impassioned vocal on CS Blues and with his current amazing form it would be very cool to hear it live. I can just imagine you being able to hear a pin drop at the Shepherds Bush Empire for 3 minutes!

Btw did anyone notice in the recent crap piece on the Stones in Q magazine there was a very funny caption under a picture of Prince Charles greeting Mick and his model daughter saying "One is very fond of @#$%& Blues."
