Why do they bother with singles anymore? I mean in the UK they never do well and neither do they get much airplay. Singles are mostly bought by little kids over here
One good thing about singles is b-sides - there were 3 in '89-90 on Steel Wheels singles, 4 from Voodoo Lounge in '94-95 (plus a fifth, Scott Litt's excellent alt. mix of I Go Wild, plus sixth a live version of same on that disc), 5 in '95-96 from Stripped singles, & 2 from Bridges to Babylon era, 1 in '98 (on 'Saint of Me') & 1 ('Honest I Do' remake, from Stripped sessions I believe) on 'Hope Floats' soundtrack ('98)...I'm NOT counting all the 'dance' type remixes (scores!), edits, or most live versions (i.e. especially Highwire's various b-sides). I didnt collect or look up every single, so these are just the ones I have. I hope they put out more singles w/ non-lp b-sides, - But don't care much about the dvd issue. The Beck 2nd disc dvd in the ltd ed. of his new cd ('Guerro') is largely a waste imo - the best bits could have gone on b-sides.

Yep; we all do... (not looking like Keith´s father Bert but like our own fathers) Even if it despites out worst nightmares to do so... Face organs grow, the smoothness disappears (even if that seemed to happen some 35 years ago for Keith)...
Hope he doesnt wind up like Richards Sr. searching for domino partners as a shadow figure among the tour company...
BTW its nice to have a date for (at least the Japanese) release.
