He needs some strips again on his trousers, so he don't look so thin like last tour. He should mix something from every tour, espacially BTB, where they all looked great
Micks stage gear has been on the money since the Steel Wheels tour. Jackets, Shirts, T-Shirts. He don't have to wear crazy colors and wacky jumpsuits anymore thanks to the gigantic television above the stage now.......which leads to other problems, but I wont get into it
Jagger needs to do something about those shoes. They bug me. They 're those super practical comfoirtable black all purpose arch supporting zapatas that all the waiters wear because they are on their feet so much. Jagger IMO should always prance around in white shoes. Something that is absolutely non practical. Something that one wouyld never ever wear on the street. Some fancy boy, sissy, rhinestone kind of deal. He wears them well. Hate to see Jagger be too sensible. Allright so maybe he's 60 years young...maybe some Victorian lace-up boots, like the London whores from Jack the Ripper movies always wore. Now the pants: enough with these black non-descript jobs. I think even at 60 you can wear red velvet trousers. With white suspenders. And a raincoat. LOL, I think I've just outfitted Jagger as a post-menopause british hermaphrodite flasher.
You know, I think that Mick is really well dressed. Sometimes he really wears cool things, but I don't like his glimmer/glitter outfits and the tshirt with the horse he wore during the MSG concert was kinda strange too.
The Stones cringe factor is often most readily apparant in Micks stage costumes. One wishes he would shift the emphasis away from this and try to be distinguished in his senior years.
Now Charlie on the otherhand knows how to dress! Even when he's slumming it he looks casually elegant, never embarrases.
Ever noticed that Mick never wear blue jeans on stage and very very seldom off stage? Even in the 60s and 70s. It´s very hard to find pics of him in bj.
Some people go on in what they arrived in, and there's no harm in that, but I find jeans dont pick up the light too well from the back of an 18,000 seater.
