Does anyone know the difference between a silver disc and a CDR? And where can you buy silver discs? In the U.S.? I've asked the children they have working at Office Depot and Best Buy and they look at me like I am from another planet.
A silver disc is a pre-recorded factory pressed disc that you cant record on. Where as a CDR is used for recording on with the record side not silver but usually a blue or green color....You dig.
I've had problems with older blue die discs crapping out on me/ not playing, a few years after I've burnt them and all was fine. Check some of your older discs from maybe 4 to 5 years ago.
Has anybody else expereinced this? Or know why it happens???????
