Thanks Urban, one cannot get enough Shelter...
And I agree with you,the Bremen 98 version is absolute faboulus as the Paradiso
one for sure.

Still searching for that MSG Jan 18th 2003 one...

Can't post it , Warner is playing Big Brother on YouTube .

It wasn´t released officially so one could guess they might be busy enough
to clean up the official stuff...

Aint it quaint that this board complains continuously that the band never try anything new ie: arrangements etc.

The minute they do it gets slated for not being like the original.....

No, ablett, it wasn`t meant like this. They played it different and better on that tour. It just seems that on this track from Twickenham the guitarplayers had a timeout and not playing a new arrangement. But that`s great with the Stones and one of their secrets: Most versions are different, you always have the chance to get the best they ever played and of course sometimes they @#$%& it up or play it lame. That`s the Stones! And that`s what it makes interesting to me and makes me a lifetime-fan. And it`s fun to compare the versions, so it has nothing to do with "always complaining". And sometimes people don`t understand some critizism cause they are from a musicians or guitarplayers view and they don`t really get what is critizised. Don`t mean you personally just in general. And yes: I love when they try something new, they always did. And sometimes it works and sometimes not.
