Actually when I first saw the Stones in Kansas City June 6 1975, there was a chick that was like one of their hanger-ons on-lookers up on the side of the stage who looked exactly like the cover model, hot chick with short blond hair brushed back.
I think the Lp was released the same week. The only other on stage person I remember from any Stones tour was a thin black guy who was on stage during the show @ Soldier Field in Chicago July 8, 1978. He might have been a security guy, but didn't look very imposing.
