Fantastic. I'm down to virtually nothing boozewise but the cigarettes have a hold on me something fierce. I won't stop trying to kick though. By the way, how often or how much were you drinking?

Oh it wasn't anything serious like a proper addiction but 3/4 nights it may have been about a bottle of wine with a little beer on the side on the other nights. It was starting to be a prahblem so I canned it. Gave up the smokes about 3 years ago. It was starting to affect work and home life. The thing was that when I started in the evening I couldn't stop. All or nothing. I feel fantastic and my brain works really good and less up and down with the happy/sad stuff. Good luck Duane.

Friday was the last day of school. Now I have holidays. This Friday I'm leaving on a vacation.
It's 1.20 am. In the past few weeks I never went to bed any time before 2 am every night. Due to my currently enjoying my holidays, this doesn't matter because I know I'm gonna sleep until 2 pm If I go to bed at 4 am.

My home situation is totally messed up, my parents are in the process of splitting up and my dad is struggling to keep his business alive. Our neighbours' place is in a bad condition, because yesterday we had heave floodings and his entire basement was under water. My mom and I helped them getting out as much water as we could.
Our living room looks chaotic, because today we got all the furniture out as we're gonna paint the living room walls tomorrow (or, later in the day, for that matter *grin*).
At the moment, I'm in my room, sipping some Earl Grey tea from a nice cup, enjoying the fact everybody else is asleep.
I've just watched a video of Aerosmith's Long Island show on June 26th, where they performed You See Me Crying live for the first time in Aero History. It was amazing, I wished I was there.
Right now I am watching the 18th episode of the 3rd season of my favourite - and the only one I watch - TV show, HEROES.

And yes, for the time being I am very happy.

I'm feeling really good - met the woman of my life three weeks ago. It's a long distance thing - she's a 4 hour drive away. I haven't popped the big question to her yet though. "Do you like the Stones?"
