I just read in a (serious) Swedish newspaper that the Stones has booked

There have been more tours that started in Skandinavia. Like 70 Euro tour.

They would never play a european stadium tour in february. it's way too cold. so if there's a euro tour in february, than it must be an arena tour. that would be awesome. have seen them in a club and of course in the big stadiums/fields. so an arena show would just be right for me.

They don't need 3 floors for an internal meeting, or even if booking studio time for recording.... and its a brand new hotel. conveniently by the water for transportation to the Globen arena maybe...

Maybe the location for tour rehearsals?

I wonder if this will be the tour start, or if they are planning on being in other countries beforehand. Either way, I am glad to hear they are moving forward.

That means the arena tour could start in Europe/Scandinavia THEN move to the USA. Good, more time to save $$$, plus I HATE winter tours!

In not Swedish, but to my knowledge "återtraff" in this context means "will meet again", I guess if a band had split up it could mean "reunion", but its more like they will team up again in Stockholm and have booked suites on three floors with a/the roofterrace.

No other swedish newspaper mentions it !! So it is probably just rumours - they would neither allow them to spread the news this early; a Stones meeting in Stockholm in 2010.

I am Swedish, the word "återträff" is reunion.
Its a new hotel starting up and think the just want have a buzz about the hotel. Stones will pick a safer hotel much more nearby a venue,i would think. The will stay a Grand Hotel as they have the last times there been too Stockholm.

Hmm, I got a brand new hotel...and it´s a economic recession, and I desperately need to make some PR for my hotel....hey! I got an idea, I´ll just say that the Stones booked some suites here, that´ll do the trick, and I can always say they cancelled it later on...
