Charlie was drinking some considerable time after his mid 80s heroin episode.
It'd be a bit naive to think that Ronnie hasn't been prone to sometimes indulging in anything stronger than alcohol and tobacco in recent years.
Keith by his own admission was still dabbling with heroin in the late 90s. Like you say, he claimed that he quit coke after his tree fall.

I remember reading very recently that Keith said he would have trouble writing his autobiography because his memory is somewhat melted because he (still) smokes weed everyday
We all know that Ronnie likes a beverage or two.
But what else? Does Mick smoke weed? Do any of them still like a line of the white lady?

well, nope. no drugs.
Keith occasionally smokes and drinks. Ronnie's addicted to drinking, he's also smoking. Charlie and Mick I believe are totally clean ;-)

Oh, please, this is the kind of question who drives me mad- almost in every party I have to answer to that :" The Stones are a bunch of drugs addicted and drunk people " 
My answer is : "I don't live with them ,so I don't know what they are doing in their secret rooms,but for sure ,nobody can use hard drugs for 40 years ,everyday and still being in a such sharp state .Watch Jagger on stage "

Jagger taks a glass of wine / champagne now and then. Ronnie drinks a bottle now and then. Keith probably drinks a whisky or something else now and then. Charlie probably also drinks a glass of wine now and then.
None of them are religious and that sense - they are like the rest of us - a good glass of wine to good dinner, why not - everybody else can survive why not the Stones!!

Viagra maybe? Sure as heck didn't need it back in the 70's! I don't think they still do drugs myself. They have basically outgrown that period. More professional and business oriented now. Keith especially probably realizes that he is in fact very lucky to have used the heavy stuff for so long and live to tell about it. I have never understood how some musicians could even function while playing an instrument high on heroin anyway. Not knowing the true effects of heroin I can only imagine what it would be like to play lead on Gimme Shelter being totally stoned. Fortunately they are still with us and remain the greatest R&R band in the world until they quit. No band out there now is going to dethrone them.

Keith and Ronnie both smoke – nothing wrong with that, they are adults -, but Ronnie evidently still has a booze problem. I know some have a tendency to prattle on about whether or not Keith may have alcohol ‘issues’, but it is mere speculation.
Mick and Charlie are both relatively healthy by all accounts. If that wasn’t the case for the former, there would be no Rolling Stones today, imo.

If I remember correctly, I think in Rolling With The Stones, Bill writes about Keith having an amazing capacity for cleaning up before tours, and staying relatively clean throughout those tours.

Judging from the changing appearances of several of their noses over the years (including fairly recently!) a fair bit of coke has been ingested, long after the heroin days were over.
