Okay, shall we keep our aid over here too?

Just got back from Phoenix. What a blast. The setlist was shaken up. Again,some good,some bad. But a much loser Bruce,than the all business approach of opening night. High energy show taht was fun to watch and listen to regardless of what he played. Being a friday night helped. Well oiled crowd in the desert. Here is last night's setlist:

I can almost hear how powerful My Lucky Day / Night work together. The sequence Seeds / Johnny 99 / Ghost of Tom Joad which then resolves in Working on the Highway must work very well, too! Great stuff!

I think he tops the stones in the sense that Bruce Fans are probably more happy with the set lists than stone's fans are with theirs. Just my theory.

I don't think that is possible. ABB tour went from 21 songs to 19.About 1:55 min.To me that is an insult. But I will still go. Maybe they will surprise this time.

Never cared about setlists, for ANY act. Bruce fans can get a little over-the-top about that stuff. But I DO always want to hear a bands latest stuff live. Some war-horses, played live, just aren't that thrilling to me anymore, anybody's.

And I love Working on a Dream- gorgeous album, "Outlaw Pete" is a really big deal, and "Queen of the Supermarket" is my latest theme song- dig the vocal at the end of the song: pure pop perfection.

Enjoy. I just caught my 13th show Fri night. Yes Springsteen fans can get a little obsesive about setlists (even more than stones fans). I'm as guilty as anyone about that. But about halfway through the show in Glendale,I finally realized it does'nt mater what he plays. He was having so much fun and so was teh audience. Hell I even liked DITD that night.
