Mick's hair

This may sounds weird--but is it me, or does Jagger's hair sort of become the visual icon for many of the tours--

ie- 1969 - 1971 the light brown side part

1972 - the unkempt shag thing

1973 - the chopped, glam look

1975-75 - long, flowing shoulder length

1978 - punk chopped

and so on--when you think of certain tours - aren't many of the visuals you conjure up based on Mick's hair? (Or have I totally lost it? smiling smiley

Well, let me say that I would think that Charlie has had a hair transplant at some point.

this might sound crazy to some people, but to some stones fanatics, its not. In fact, I bet i could tell you the year of any photo of jagger between 1968 and 1994, and its because, yup you guessed it, his hair. If its an on stage photo then its very easy to figure out . . . so i guess both of us are crazy!

Yeah when did that happen? Is that a toupe? he had pretty big bald spot in 1981. Then by 1989 it was gone.

I think the difference with charlie is that he started combing his hair back instead of forward so it covers up the bald spot.

Unfortunately the cool, choppy shag cut has degenerated into a bad mullet-like thing.

Perhaps its time to purchase a more fashionable wig.......

I know, but think about it....With his money and obvious vanity, why doesn't he have a more fashionable 'do?

maybe the cut could be better but do ya really think its a wig?

They way it drapes around his face is a little suspicious. Plus, in all honesty, I can't say that I know that many 65 year old men who have a full head of hair.

However, we've all seen multiple pics of him every year since he was 20 and he's never had less. So, I guess I don't really know....................

Who CARES if it's a wig or not. Really, the OT's these days are far more interesting if we can only talk about their hair or bodily functions.

Just some friendly, mindless discussion. If it offends you so then don't read it.

Mick looked - hair wise - the dumbest on the 89-90 tour without a doubt. Worst EVER.

Re: Mick's hair

My opinion: Mick's hair is absolutely real. He does, however, have
a very receded hairline which he keeps well hidden. True he's got
a thicker head of hair than most 65 yr olds but....

If Mick were actually wearing a wig, i think we would have
seen real evidence by now.........he's the only 65 yr old that can
still look decent with a young man's rock & roll hair-do.

God this gets tedious. Surely you'd have noticed a photo of Mick with thinning hair BEFORE a wig. One of the most photographed men ever and not one piccy???
