Oasis are national institution and the most influential and important band to have emerged in the last 15 years.

Imo, better Ronnie hand with the Gallaghers than Kelly Jones or Starsailor!!

Don't half sound like 'dad at the disco' when any other band dare to have anything to do with the Stones or its members. Some people on this board can moan for the sake of it. Ronnie probably was offered a jam and took it. No big deal....

Oasis the most inflential band....? to whom?!

It's a quite good version I think. Never been my fave Beatles song, but it's OK. And I never got the critisism of Oasis. I hear that they're fantastic live.

Exactly.

This reminds me of a few years back when Ron played on a couple of songs on the Corrs TV special. They really "promoted" it and Ron did ok but it really was a letdown for a Ronny fan.

I like Oasis - I don't care if it's not the popular opinion on here.

What crawled up yer butt?? I didnt say The Corrs were no good or that it wasnt enjoyable at all! I just mean when ya build something up like an event and basically Ron just plays a bit of acoustic and some lead on a couple of songs most fans would want to see more instead of a "sideman". You sure are sensitive!
