For me, stating my opinion is not arguing, I just think a OT thread of Bruce worshippers doesn't preclude my weighing in on this. Bruce is silly, a guy that for many years passed himself off as something he isn't close to being, and that so many people bought into it he even ended up with the name Boss. How silly is that?

Funny you should ask. Just listening to Johnny Bye Bye live from Birmingham UK in 81. Tremendous version. Saw him at Wembley that year. Best show I saw after the 2nd Hammersmith Odeon show in 75.

I went to the June 2 show Gazza. Got a really great tape of it too. Stunning version of Independence Day that still brings tears to my eyes.

If you don't like Bruce, why would you post in a Bruce thread? I don't like to argue on here, I try to get along with everyone, but I mean, I don't like Dave Matthews, but I don't post in a thread about him sucking, if people like Dave, so what, the world keeps turning
