Scotty Bowman lives about 15 minutes from my house and has parked that cup on his patio many times. I think you better worry about Detroit before thinking about any Cup.
Yes, I met several of them in London last tour, O2 shows. Vilhelm is a very friendly and nice guy, even gave me a couple of those Stones Vikings stickers.

me I might possibly save the remainin' dough to steer all this up by then..
Since I live in the uppermost subarctic Botnic coastal Fenno-Scandian area
in the Northernmost of Europe I'm used to cover loads of ground whereever
I'm goin'. Still, will reconsider & I realize what I suggest above is
sumfin like a month if it shouldnt coz a stroke or heart attack or slt.
Another starvinä year here, this seems to be, but my hope is in 2010.. Sofar.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Skipstone & his lovely girlfriend this evening.
Skip plays with Grayson Capps & the Stumpknockers and they performed just down the street from my house at the Louisiana Music Factory.
The band sounded great, and most shows are at the LMF are filmed and put up on Youtube.
I'll post it here when I see it.

By sheer dumb luck I happen to live only a few km from stones_relics. I have seen and heard various gems from his collection (acetates, SFM original 45, alternate takes of Dear Doctor ... the list goes on and on). If you're ever lucky enough to meet JR and check out his stuff, your eyes and ears will not believe.

I haven't had the chance yet to meet anyone from IORR as I am in south Georgia near Macon for the time being. I plan on moving to the St.Pete/Tampa area in the next month or so and hope to run across some fellow IORR'ers down there.

I have been running IORR since 1980 and on internet since 1994. I don't know how many people I have been meeting and getting to know well over the years. Several very close friends, hundreds of people I know very well, and total more than thousand I know by face but can't remember all their names. I have been on tour and staying at the homes of IORR friends in all parts of the world all continents and they are all the best friends, plus they (we) do always have a great musical taste!

I had the GREAT pleasure to meet in person, first over here in Tenerife, Juha (Finland) his family, great people, after that I met BV, Bjornulf, In Madrid, great Cod and Sangría amigo, then I met another great AMIGO, Jordi, JordiStones, another amazing guy. Beside that I´ve been in touch with a lot of people by mail, amazing people as well.
Looking forward to meet more people over here, or over there...

Well I hung out with Bluzdude at the night #2 show of Springtsteen in LA. Saw a good show had a good time. The second time I've hooked up with BD. Heck of a good bloke as they say. The few times I've met IORR's in person has always been fun. Except when I met Plexi...But We all know he's crazy anyway.
