You're so damn right!

Great old shitty Stones up there on the stage.
All vibrant guys and the energy is bigger than anything.
I usually say that the Biggest Bang is a a sort of religious meeting
where the preacher (Jagger) is preaching hard and the audience is singing "AMEN"

Great band in an epic version of a long term coallition of their own made songs.

Hope to see them once more in that epic raw way!

I wanted to party in similar style today, but somehow we don't have where... So nothing today... No good, I'm pretty browned off. This sucks.

I think I'll put A Bigger Bang on now... Or Keith's "Pressure Drop"! Enough of Jethro Tull for today...

The Question is:

Can we fans make them do it just one more round just for us?
And my guess is that we can only if urge them enough, cause I think behind the wall of finances and economic prosperety there's a connection between the fans and the band.

I'm a true believer!

I have the "Shine a light" cd on but to me the
"Biggest Bang" is the superior choice for me!

But then again check out the "Four Flicks" and "Everybody needs somebody to love".
I've always been fascinated of Charlie's playing on taht one. Pure rock and mixed with his jazz influences. Hmmm... no wonder I've always loved Charli as a drummer. He's not the best on doing solos but when he's laying down the feels for the rest of the guys. What a roch band they are. Superior to anything else!

Fan of '64, I agree with you.

Although I've been playing Shine a Light quite a bit recently, mostly 'cus it's the latest release from em.

For a DVD choice, I prefer Bang & Licks.

Can't knock the SAL CD though, fantastic live album. Lovin it to death at the mo.

Rock On!

To me the Stones are bigger as ever!

The great feeling is that they still perform and no one will
perform as good as theydo.

We as fans are a bit spoiled with performances greater than the last one and some of us have started to pick on the Stones and say they are worse than before.

To me the Stones have been and will always be the greatest rock and roll band in the world. As Stones fans on this we need to hail our band and stick with them for better or worse. That just what fans are for.

So keeep the whiners away and hail our band of gypsies for all what it's worth.
It's because of them we have this opportunity to view out inner thoughts.

And thanks to BV too who really let us have our opinions let freee!

I only like "shanghai" part,to me Rio sounds awful, energy runs out after
30mins.
Austin is awfully overdubbed.I don´t like much ABB tour anyways.

Rio is worth the price for YCAGWYW alone.

Here's some positive negativity for you - the 'documentary' bit on TBB is the same damn bullshit they talked about on the Flicks one. The first time it was funny as well as a bit educational. The second time it's pure gloating and evidence that just because they fart someone will smell it. Fortunately I only paid $9 US dollars for it.

I don't like The Biggest Bang very much. The documentary is nice but the shows do all suck IMO. The whole Bigger Bang vibe (album/tour/etc.) wasn't my cup of tea. It just wasn't a good time for the Stones. And it's all overshadowed by one of the worst Stones shows (in fact it was one of the worst shows I've ever seen by any band) I've ever been to: Frankfurt. What a waste of money.

Four Flicks is the holy grail for me.

I was there, too, and it was good without the overdubs...

I think it's a pity that they didn't include any show from 2005 on the dvd. I like some of them better than the 2006 shows.

Four Flicks and Biggest Bang are very well done. I love both of them. I hate the negativity of people concerning these two fine collections!

ALL of the 21st century DVDs, plus the phenomenal "Saitama" broadcast, offer up a big middle finger to those who claim the band no longer "has it". I frequently watch "Midnight Rambler" from Saitama. There's one priceless shot: the focus on Mick & Keith tapping their feet together in time.

The band CAN still play not as they once did but they are still a great band.

well, I think FF is better, BB is just FF 2, but with some more editing by Pierre de B etc..
they could have done better, certainly a better docu woulda been nice

the flicks doc is waaaaaaaaaaay better than the bang doc, the flicks club show is worth the price of both collections IMO, flicks wins hands down although bang has its moments like the learning the game rehearsal and most of the austin show
