That is the pattern because of doing outdoor stadiums. If this is an arena tour, January makes sense. Sales would be huge in the cold winter months and No Security showed this can work. I bet they go into the studio this Spring, relase a new CD by Christmas and tour behind it in January and hot Europe in the Summer.

It's possible and a change of routine. But I do hope they won't play stadiums in Europe in the summer of '10.

So the NS tour was a ad hoc tour?!

No Security was a tour inside another tour. They made it in order to keep running until the postponed summer Europe 1999 shows could happen, tax reasons, you know the whole store has been posted in detail on IORR. If you don't know it then read the news and tour pages from 1997-1999, they are all still here on IORR.

Maybe, maybe not. The idea had been floating around before. They were considering a tour behind Stripped, of U.S. arenas with high ticket prices for winter/Spring 1996.

Who knows what else is going on in the organization that could make a fall tour unfeasible this time.

maybe for the tour they could dust off that song bo and woody did together on their tour - "money to ronnie." can't believe they'd actually tour just for the money, though....i'm afraid these lads are losing their way!

Sounds reasonable - U2, Bruce, ACDC are on tour 2009 - there wouldn't be space for Stones. A new CD, tour 2010 / 2011 and that's probably it and the end
