QuoteThommie QuoteThe Worst. I don't think the end of the catwalk is a b-stage, at least not if we compare it with those we remember from BTB, Licks and ABB tours. On Bridges to Babylon and Licks, they had all the gear (amps, drumkits, Keyboards etc.) already rigged inside and placed on an elevator that was lowered during the show on the main stage and later lifted up during the b-stage set.

QuoteDandelionPowderman Quote1962 There is no enough place from drums and piano and dancing / posing I think it is. The B-stage looks almost as big as the stage.. Have a look at the drum kit. It stands on a black Podest. Was this the same case in the last tours? if no, maybe they can roll this whole Podest to the B-Stage?

QuoteHairball QuoteCristiano Radtke Some more images of the screen test: Interesting stage design with those four gigantic separate screen/columns...visually seems a bit busy and/or disjointed at times - I feel like pushing them together so there's no gap between them. One gigantic screen ala Desert Trip might have been the optimum, but maybe this weighs much less and is easier to t

Quoteshadooby We got it... ...enjoy it. Sounds good to me and from what I've heard, even the best boots from the tour, this is as good as it gets. The recordings were made from the same sound system so it's always gonna be limited to the original master tapes. I don't think they touched up the original master tapes since the 70's. A remix would make this soundtrack listen

QuoteThe Sicilian I never seen either, but if you could only see one which would you choose? U2 is playing outdoors in New Era Field (formally Rich Stadium, Ralph Wilson Stadium). U2 is one show (Detroit) coming off a European tour. Roger Waters is playing indoors at Key Bank Arena. Roger Waters is one show coming off a small break since August 13. If you like The Joshua Tree Album go to

Quotetherollingmanu Hi everyone. Forgive me if this has been asked before, are the Lucky Dip Tickets allocated on a first come first served basis, i.e., the better spots go to people who cue erarly or is the particular place where a certain holder of a LD will get placed already fixed before he goes to collect them? Thank you! we discussed this here on the last two pages

QuoteStonedRambler Quotegrzegorz67 Personally, I think you are being generous to the Silver Pit. I think it will be further back and also wider as the front floor seating goes out quite wide. I think th tribune seating will be a long way back from the stage, even the front side sections. You might be right. Did it with Paint in two minutes so it's not too accurate It is only 11 rows of

QuoteStonedRambler Well, that's how I guess it will be.. This would be awesome. I think they could even do this without creating a real pit. They simply have to put in a barrier at you orange line. You would have a lot of space in the back of the pit and you would be real close!!! The only disappointment would be for the poeple in the seats who thought that they would stand next to the &

Quotegrzegorz67 Quotepaulywaul I'll kick things off, because I've got a Lucky Dip for one of the No Filter shows, so really curious to know how it all actually works in practice ! Seeing as they've been doing these for the last couple of excursions, is there any level of consistency among the different towns/venues on a tour about how the whole 'ticket pick-up and escortin

I had Lucky Dip in Zurich in 2014 and you could collect the tickets a few minutes after the gates opened. We were NOT escorted into the venue and as we had dipped seat tickets we went for a walk around the stadium and got in an hour later. There were many Lucky Dippers around our seats because the section wasn't completely sold. This will be the same thing this year as there are a lot of se

Quotegwen QuoteNate Anyone know if the VIP Pit package that was sold for these Paris shows comes with early entry or not? Thanks Nate From memory I'd say: the €700 VIP PIT package does include early entry. The €850 platinum PIT tickef from Ticketmaster does not. I don't know about Paris but at all other shows there's NO early entry for VIP Pit

QuoteRocky Dijon They certainly don't do Chuck Berry justice when they have dusted one of his songs off over the last twenty years. It is interesting to speculate as to why that is. Keith played wonderfully with Chuck Berry for HAIL! HAIL! so what happened over the next decade? When they play Berry since 1997, they seem almost timid as if they're afraid to rip into the song. Admittedly,

There's a scale on both screenshots. I overlayed them in paint and it is exactly the same. You can't judge by the trees I think. There are big trees and there are small trees.
