Enjoy life, enjoy the fact that the Stones are rocking out in 2015 in stadiums. Life is short. Speaking personally, knowing the Stones are rocking out and playing ANYTHING is a wonderful blessing to the day. Some day in the near future, all of this will be gone and it will be a MEMORY. We are grateful the concerts of today are a daily reality. They don't need to do any of this. We are spoile

It has to do with the following (based on my professional experience): 1. More revenues for seated shows (you could never charge $500 face value for a GA ticket). 2. Liability 3. Insurance 4. Other reasons unique to each venue

QuoteNaturalust Since this is a club, I wonder it everybody's going to stick around till closing time and drink and socialize. The Stones included. Perhaps a slightly drunken jam towards the end with Mr. Whitworth on keys and the new wife singing along? peace Haha...the Stones are back at the hotel

I had a great time listening outside as well. I didn't get in, but it was still a special Stones night in San Diego. I hear there's a another show tomorrow night at someone's house...

Quotetimbernardis You needed to go to the Deck area of Moonshine Flats where it was nothing but Stones music and dancing and singing Shidoobees. Was great fun. There were some IORRians there. Got to meet Thru and Thru. Got to meet Bluz Dude on the street by happenstance as he was wearing his IORR shirt.I did go into Bubs but no BV, both before and after the show, but I heard he was listening

San Diego is not sold out. They have held a significant amount of tickets back as "platinum" tickets. Every day I search platinum ticket options and I find many of the same tickets available for purchase. Basically, if you want to spend $2,000 to $3,000 for A4 to A6, you have no problem scoring tickets. This inventory does not appear to be moving. Even crazier, they are attempting t

That is why the $395.00's have never shown up for sale (at least here in San Diego). If you go and buy tickets, almost all the premium tickets are being held back as "platinum" tickets. I keep pulling the same platinum options over and over again. Whereas, the "normal" priced tickets say "sold out."

For San Diego, if you buy "platinum" tix, you can still get rows 4 to 7 in A4 and A6 for around $3,000 to $4,000 a piece. Fabulous. Seconds ago, I actually pulled A4, first row for a shade under $5,000 for each ticket. This is why I couldn't find any $395.00's for this show. It looks like many of them are being held back for packages and "platinum"tickets-- wh

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I scored a VIP level LD for Staples center last tour opener. That was what was given to me at the door when I checked in. There is definitely no gaurantee you can trade up. It completely depends on the venue and a variety of other factors.

For the opener at Staples for the last tour, I scored lucky dip tickets the day of the show for $62.00 a piece. They were $600 VIP seats on the side of the stage with a private bar. Awesome show and great deal. Though…it's all a crapshoot.
