François, I guess it means you are going to have to pick up the tickets from the box office (wherever that is!) on the day of the show at the latest. They need you ID to make sure you are the person who made the order. I know that in America they also would want to see the credit card used when ordering, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

As far as the Tier 3/GA entrance goes: Getting more than 65 000 people inside the venue is tricky, so I guess walking the "Tier 3 queue" inside in orderly fashion (see Springsteen, Bruce) is out of question. =( (Too bad, because that would be more fair and also save the trouble and avoid potential injuries) It's going to be each man for himself and zero respect for the Tier 3
