Why do all you naggers complain? All of us want to hear Satisfaction! If you don't want to hear Satisfaction, don't go! Satisfaction is a great song by a great band! Its worth $750 to listen to Satisfaction because it still rocks hell! Maybe your hotel room did not have beer or why are you complaining about not enough new songs? Welchen Song ich spielte? Es war, glaube ich, 1961 in der Johnny-Carson-Show, und der Song hieß "You Can Always Get To Sleep Tonight If You Want". Ahem. No, I'd just like to point out that the capital "S" in your "spielten Sie" looks a bit funny.

(a) The new album is great. Presumably because of the success of The White Stripes and the like, Jagger saw that it is not necessary to join with Lenny Crapitz to be up to date. I think Jagger's vocals on Duplicate Just Ignore are the weakest since his second solo album. In particular the "oops oops"-part at the end makes me want to skip to the next track.

I agree, would be a hit single - the song I skipped back to after listening to the whole record for the 1st time

None. It's a classic. As a motivation, "to have some songs to play live" is much better than "to prove versality in a variety of styles" - as audible on Bridges to Babylon.

They were completely right not to play on this ridiculous event. It was just to promote rich rock stars as "good people with message" as opposed to rich managers (except for Mr Gates, who did participate), who belong to the "thoughtless people without message". And presumably the audience felt good because of all the message and all the consciousness. It did not help
