This is a stupid thread. Who cares? It's MICK JAGGER... He's a performer. He's made millions of dollars on shocking people for over 40 years. Do you think he licked Ronnie on Saturday Night Live in 1978 because he was turned on? Get real.

Hey, let him follow you down way underground wind and his bound bound to follow you down just a dead beat right off the street bound to follow you down well there's ballrooms and smelly bordellos and dress room filled with parasites on stage the band has got problems they're a bag of nerves on first nights. TORN AND FRAYED- purely autobiographical

i like part of all of them depending on my mood. IMHO Undercover is the only studio album i cringe at.

i think Hey Negrita is credited as Jagger/Richards written song, with inspiration from Ronnie. At least to me, having inspired a song is still a lot different than writing it. It reality, Wood probably did write it.

The LOVE IS STRONG video got some airplay, but the song was not a hit as far as single sales went. MIXED EMOTIONS in 1989 was the last top 10 single in 1989 in the States.

Actually, Harlem Shuffle was a top ten hit peaking at #5 in the States and staying in the top ten for about 4 weeks. I am still convinced the advent of MTV actually killed the stones singles sales. After 1981 they started competing single wise with no talent(but cute to look at) video stars. Who was more cute...i.e. young Madonna or these wrinkled 40 year old men. Music took a definate back

can only speak for myself, but I highly anticipated a new studio album after LICKS. They recorded some stuff before LICKS tour i.e. Dont Stop. BTW- I do like ABB quite a bit.

This was my first stones concert ever. I was pretty close in front. People were passed out, and I remember using all my might to avoid stepping on some guys head. Musically, they were sloppy as all hell. George Thorogood was great. Journey was booed off the stage after like 20 minutes. I remember lead singer, Steven Perry getting hit with a sandwich in the face.

Ronnie was on fire in Foxboro this September. The best I ever heard him play. Screw the goofing around, and play Ronnie, play.

actually the band should focus on two great studio albums a year apart and not worry about sales. If the shit is good, it will be critically acclaimed. Then hit the road once more in 2009. We only had about 20 month break between Licks and ABB- peoples wallets are tapped out. Take a hint from Dylan and focus on creating some great studio stuff.

ABB is better than Voodoo. Loved BTB when it came out, but it is definately cringe worthy for the most part. VOODOO has a lot of great songs, but I hate the production. Charlie's drums sound dull...and all the rockers on ABB sound much better than YGMR( why the hell do they still play this piece of generic rock is beyond me-it's horrible and juvenile in lyrics like it belongs on a POISO

I know people get pissed, but I will take Dirty Work over this piece of crap any day. By far, their worst studio album.
