Elmo, you been drinking??? Yep, it's been highly rated for over 30 years, so what do you want to do; stand up and salute it every morning for another 30? :-)

As I recall, they're not very strict in Europe, but in the States there are varying degrees of security. Most places only do a cursory check, but there are some that give you a pretty thorough scan.

We've been through this before, but absolutely worth it. Last time I saw them was 2004 in San Jose, and they still sound great. Enough said; anyone tells you otherwise, they must only like The Who for the bass playing.

To each his own, but I'd rather listen to the stones at their very worst than hip-hop at its very "best"!

After rethinking, the worst show was one that never was. I made the trip from Dallas to San Jose, and the show was cancelled because Mick was sick.

Ft. Worth '97 Why? I had "great seats", but they decided to move the damn stage out in the middle of the racetrack, so we were miles away. I was pissed after thinking I'd have primo seats.

Call me puritanical, but I have no problem w/ censoring a few words at a family event. At a Stones' concert, you know what you're going to see, but at the Superbowl, you have 90+ million viewers of all beliefs and backgrounds, so a few bleeped words are no big deal to me.

My name is Alan; I'm almost 45; bought my 1st Stones' album as a was a wee lad of 14; 1st saw them in '81; like to travel; have no special talents but will try almost anything once; wish I could play an instrument; my best piece of memorabilia is an autographed copy of Black and Blue; still trying to figure out my Europe plans.

I would not take a 4-year old to a rock concert. First, children's ears are more sensitive and are thought to be more easily damaged than adults. Loud sounds, including rock concerts, are not good for the ears, anyone's ears, but as an adult, we can make an "educated" choice. Second, as an adult, I don't want little kids there. Whenever I see someone w/ little

The only thing that makes Shattered worse than This Place Is Empty and The Worst is that we know Shattered is a good song, but for some reason they hang on to a lousy version for this tour.

That's an interesting question. Motley Crue got their start playing Hollywood/LA area; Ozzy lives most of the time in the middle of the Hollywood spotlight; Elvis was an actor and from the U.S.; the Beatles are the Beatles. If you walk around and look at the stars, there are certainly people of way less accomplishment than the Stones who have stars, so it is kind of odd. The argueme

I only recall 2 bad shows out of my 39, but I only have one person to blame; me. Way too much to drink, and damn those people who shoved the funny cigs in my face! I will say there were 2 couples next to me in Boston, and I told one of the women that their husbands looked like they'd rather be home watching tv reruns. Some excuse about having worked that day. If the Stones can't

Rolling Beatle, bloody kids are welcome, too! You have to realize some of the old farts on this board think that anyone who wasn't listening to the Stones back in 1964 shouldn't be allowed to enjoy them. A little prune juice might cure what ails them! :-)
