QuoteHotStuff92 Forgive my ignorance, but who exactly is Doug? Has he proven to have access to insider information in the past? Regarding the list of cities he has commented on, is it safe to assume they are likely to happen or should it just be taken with a grain of salt? I mean no disrespect and I'm not doubting him or anything, I'm just curious is all. Founder/administrator/owner o

Me and two friends just got 3 tickets for Pearl Jam in Hyde Park, London next July 10th. I'm not a big fan but we're gonna be in London at that time and we were looking for a show to attend while we're going to be on vacation there. Strangely, I think I'm more excited by the fact that we're going to see a show in Hyde Park than seeing PJ.....

Saw Metallica at the Quebec Summer Festival. Only went because I already had my wristband for the whole festival and the main reason I bought it was because of The Who. Wouldn't have paid to see them and when I attended their show, I understood why I wouldn't have paid to see/hear Metallica. I really don't get what's appealling with this band. Nothing Else Matters is so '

During the 70s I was at high school and sometimes I would hear Honky Tonk Women playing at our high school radio station early in the morning before classes. I was familiar with a couple of Stones' songs (Satisfaction, Angie...) and although I like it, I wouldn't say I was a big fan. Then, Tattoo You came out and I really got caught by Start Me Up. My girlfriend of the time bought me th

Would love to see the one with Mick and Keith (a kind of point/counterpoint) that was presented during the Stones's week on the Jimmy Fallon Show at the time of the reissue of Exile On Main street. It also had an appearance by Charlie.

Well, if the MR thing was deliberate, Charlie wasn't aware, judging by his WTF look on the giant screen. I wish there'd be a footage in which we could see Charlie's face. That was priceless.

2 questions: I've read somewhere (can't remember where) that the stadium parking won't be accessible before 5:00 pm... Can someone confirm? Is there going to be a giant tailgaite like in September 2006 in the parking of Gillette Stadium? Thanks

QuoteHMS Not only his voice has long gone, he moves very very slow like a man who´s body is aching all over... what a sad sight to see. And Pete... oh my goodness... with his red scarf and no hair at all he looks like some sort of Nosferatu... yes, we all get older and so on, but these two guys surely missed the point when to stop. They don´t leave in style, instead of that they ruin their well-e

Great show in Quebec City in 2017. I don't get why people complain... At least, they try to present something different. A new album is coming. Roger still has a great voice and Pete can rock the place. My band is the Stones but, to be honest, their last 6-7 tours were exactly the same. I find it funny that people accuse The Who of doing it ''just for the money''... Wh

Quotetatters There will be 29 total concerts in North America. (Most of the shows are at arenas, though he mentioned the possibility of a stadium or two.) I'm wondering in what American city are there are enough Who fans to fill a stadium? New York, I guess, but they really haven't been a stadium band for 30 years now, not since 1989, when they did the We Just Thought We'd L

Saw them first row at the Quebec Summer Festival in 2017. What a great night we had. Pete and Roger truly gave a great performance. I really don't understand people who say that a who tour is not justified. How is a Stones tour more relevant than a Who tour? I don,t get it. And I truly appreciate Pete saying he insists on having new material. Some other rock bands from that era should tak

I'm pretty sure Roger Daltrey was also there backstage on a different footage from that show. I think Ronnie was chatting and having fun with him when Paul introduced him. Was it Roger? Also, did you notice Ronnie felt he had to do that stupid Rongo's peace sisn at the end?
