QuoteErik_Snow Quotedcba Quotedennycranium Naples 82 is a great performance. It's a sb cassette that alas runs too fast. Maybe Cpt Acid will give us the ultimate version of this gig one day...? It also has digital glitches. I do have both the TSP silver as well as the complete show on IMP silvers, and IMP copied the TSP part directly, but from what I understand such glitches can be remo

Quotemarko well, all the soundboards from 1981 tour are must haves. In terms of sound quality but not necessarily concerning the quality of the concert itself.

There are many many concerts available from the 1981 and 1982 tours. I never really listened to them fully, I much prefer concerts from previous years. Has anyone taken the time to listen carefully to these concerts and could say which performances are the best from 1981 and from 1982 ? Thanks for your help!

Is there a compilation of all available soundboard tracks from MSG, November 28, 1969 (early show) ? Nico Zentgrag is lists 9 tracks. I believe the dates are often wrong on the various bootlegs compilations of the 3 MSG concerts. Thanks!

Quotedcba A bit of info that came with the original torrent for the 1st gen tape of the June 4 show : "Here is what LETSGO said about the taper Gilbert D : "(he) was a french bootleger who did hell of a job mainly in Paris in the 70's. He refused to do any trades so, sometimes, I accepted to pay for some stuff like (...)Neil Young 22 march 1976 or this Stones. He did the ma

The show from June 4 1976 is one of my favourite of the tour. Anyone know why DAC has released DAC-046 "Pavillon de Paris" and a few times later DAC-127 "From Paris to Toronto" ? I don't hear a real difference between the two but I guess there's a reason to have it released twice in such a short time. PS : is there a review somewhere about the Paris concer

HEILOOBAAS has recently shared a version of Bloomington 1975. This version is much better (and now quite listenable) than the one i have (from Silkcut1978). Unfortunately, "Gimme shelter" is missing and there are 2 seconds of silent between all tracks. Anyone has a complete version of the same quality ? Thanks!

I'd like to know which tracks on the 3 Bird's Vault releases haven't been released before. For Bird's Vault I and II, Midnrambler talks about 9 unreleased tracks (even if his post contains 11 tracks) : Does anyone know which tracks are unreleased on the 3 volumes ? Thanks!

I've downloaded on IORR several weeks ago a version of "Place aux dames" LP in wav format. Unfortunately, I've converted it by mistake in mp3 format... This version has been shared by - i believe - Midnrambler. Could anybody post it again ? Thanks a lot!

Quotedcba Quotemlejay So it seems there are 3 differents recorders : VGP source (2nd half of the show), Mjake source and JEMS source. Yes that's what I was saying! Mjake source exists as the 2008 torrent reuploaded today and some "1975-06-26 complete" file but it's the same tape with the same female scream right after the harmonic note that starts "Angie". Th

Quotedcba I compared Mjake tape with "1975-06-26 complete" and they're identical : both have the same female scream at the very beginning of "Angie". Mjake's has been speed-corrected while "complete" isn't but "complete" sounds better and less hissy to my ears... It's isn't the same scream on both recordings (and not at the same p

Thank you very much! It's the best version for me too. Why don't you choose to work with the JEMS versions which is from the master ? Is the Risk Disc bootleg based on the JEMS version (and already EQed) ?
