Received refunds on my credit card for two San Diego orders yesterday. Requested on April 2 so took 3 weeks exactly. Yes...bittersweet. My first Stones concert was in Chicago in 1972 I think. I received notice from PayPal today that both my orders for San Diego were refunded but it will take a couple days to post to my Visa card. So almost there! By the way...what are Lucky Dips? I see this mentioned a lot but don’t know what those are? Thanks.

I had two separate orders for the San Diego show — two tickets each. I looked often on my account and it wasn’t showing any refund button. About a week ago a refund button showed up but not with the two other main buttons. It was way down on the bottom after scrolling the page as far down as possible.
