Hi! I have a pair of Lucky Dip tickets for both of the Chicago dates but I’ve unfortunately had to cancel my trip so I can no longer use them. The tickets have to be picked up at the venue, and it says that the buyers ID has to be shown to collect them so I cannot guarantee that anyone else can pick them up, but if anyone wants to give it a try I will accept $50 for one pair of LD’s or $100 fo

For info, I went to the Elton gig tonight at Hyde Park and used the barcode on the AXS app. They scanned it with no problems and they never mentioned the BST app.

I contacted Festicket and they replied saying the bar code tickets would become active within 48 hours of the concert. Talk about leaving it late!! If they aren’t active by then goodness what you do because it takes 3 days for them to reply!! I can envisage quite a few people having problems on the day trying to get in. I’ll be printing off all paperwork that I have about my ticket purchases. W
